Why we started Collocoll

We started Collocoll to help founders with technical background to create better products.

Starting a company is hard, and doing it alone is even harder. We kept seeing smart, ambitious founders trying to build without design support. No brand, no UX. No one to turn their ideas into something people could actually understand.

We built Collocoll to be that missing piece. A design co-founder, minus the equity talks. A partner who can jump in early, move fast, and help you figure things out along the way.

We want to be in the room when great products are being built. That's the kind of story we want to be part of.

Our Philosophy

We’re not a design agency. We’re the design team you wish you had in-house. Collocoll was built for founders who move fast, think big, and don’t have time to brief five freelancers just to ship a landing page.

We work like a design co-founder. Obsessive about your product, your brand, and how both show up in the world. One request at a time, no bloated decks. Just design that drives clarity and momentum.

Our team’s background? SaaS, startups, design. We've designed simple MVPs and polished Series B platforms. We know when to push pixels and when to push back.

You're not hiring us for vibes. You're hiring us because we deliver. We scale with you. We make your product look good and help you make better calls.

Frequently Asked Questions

Totally. Even though we're aiming for long-term partnerships, we understand that everyone's needs vary. Whether it's a month or longer, we're here for as long as you need us.

Typically, most projects are finalized in two days or under. That said, more complex tasks might require additional time.

Once you pick a plan, we'll set you up with your personal Miro board. This usually takes about an hour from the moment you sign up. After you accept the Miro invite, you're all set to dive in. You'll find detailed guidance on submitting design requests right on the Miro board itself.

Collocoll is a small yet dynamic studio led by Stas and Nikita. On rare occasions when we need extra hands, we bring in carefully chosen designers. Regardless, we take full accountability for the end product.

Once you're subscribed, feel free to stack as many design tasks in your queue as you want — they'll be tackled one at a time.

We get it — sometimes you won't need designs nonstop. Maybe you've just got a couple of projects in mind. Pausing your subscription is perfect for that. Our billing runs on a 31-day cycle. For example, if you use the service for 15 days and then pause, the cycle freezes, leaving you with 16 days of service to use whenever you're ready.

For bigger tasks — like complete website builds, mobile app designs, or UI/UX projects — we break them into manageable chunks. You'll see steady progress every 24-48 hours until the job's wrapped up.
